Sore Legs!

This weekend, we had to take an unplanned trip to Livingston, Montana to help out some dahlia friends dig their plants.  After squatting twice at each plant (130 plants)  to mark and label, then again to cut, then again to dig, my legs feel awful!  I am getting more and more out of shape every day.  Since it is now time to cut and dig the Manito garden and my garden and the garden at the cemetery, my legs are going to be getting quite the workout this week.
I was invited to do the Las Vegas Rock 'n' Roll (half) Marathon with a friend.  I seriously considered it, but I won't be able to do it, it's the first weekend of December, and I already have something scheduled.
I'm still trying to think of some monthly goals for my training.  There has been too much going on to sit down and think about it.  I also learned that my brother's wedding is going to be the same weekend as the Radiant Lake Tri in June, so I'll not be doing that race again next year.  Now, I'll think about adding in the Snake River Tri in April for an early season race.  That one is a two day race with the swim in a pool the day before the bike and run.  Also, we would have to travel for it... I don't know.
