94 days???

Is that what the countdown clock is reading??? When did it get to be only three months till race day???
That's it, after Selena's bday party this weekend, I'm back in gear!!!

April 14th

Wii FitPlus workout, variety of aerobics (rhythm boxing and hula hooping, etc) and other fun ones, segue racing and juggling...

Wenatchee

Sara and I went to her gym two of the days that we were in Wenatchee. The first day we did 30 minutes (3 miles) on the elliptical, and then did about 30 minutes of weights. It was a lot of fun to do weights with her, and I enjoyed doing a variety of things, which I don't get to do when I lift with Greg.

I don't like the way the little box looks :(. The footpod doesn't register when on the elliptical, so it isn't very accurate of the workout...
The second day we just had time for the 30 minutes on the elliptical. For some reason my feet were going numb on the elliptical both days, starting at the toes and working it's way to the balls before my time was up. I haven't done ellipticals in a long time, so maybe that was the problem.

Same footpod issue...

Tuesday April 5th

Today I came to Wenatchee to visit my brother's family. Sara (future sister-in-law) and I are going to go to her gym tomorrow, so that will be nice. They told her I could come free for one day, then $7 for each additional day. So hopefully I'll get to go to the gym each of the next few days. My bowling pain is gone, and I feel pretty good. I'm trying to talk my brother into doing the try-a-tri at ChelanMan the same day I do my sprint race... he seems interested.

Week 13

Even though I didn't have a lot of free time this week, I made time to workout!  I set my alarm each day and got up some of the times when it went off.  I worked out three times, plus lawn work and bowling, so not too bad!  Sunday we went for a walk on the Centennial Trail to take the kids and friends little one in the strollers to get them to fall asleep.  Mission accomplished!

Saturday April 2nd

I did not workout today, but we went bowling... I must do some pretty deep lunges when I bowl, because I had the sorest rear Sunday and Monday!  It felt like a charlie horse and it hurt to sit!  I guess we need to go more often than once every 6 years or so... :)

April Fools!

Today I didn't do a "real" workout. I mowed the grass, well, thatched it. That was enough for me! :)

On another note, I had mentioned the inappropriate bikini??? Well here is a picture of it. It is now hanging in the bedroom as an inspiration to get my butt in gear!
