After my follow up appt last Friday with my regular doctor, I'm back to the cardiologist next week. Still not sure what is going on, hopefully I'm just a weirdo and what is going on is normal for me. I also will go in for a sleep study to find out why I'm still sleep walking/talking/eating. It's getting really bad again, I've been up all of the nights this last week, and with the leftover halloween candy, it isn't good. Plus it's getting cold, and when I wake up on the couch with no blanket, I'm not happy!
Maybe, just maybe, I'll get into a working out routine now that things are slowing down (ha ha) and that will make me feel better all the way around. I'm tired of feeling down all the time, I need some good body exhausting workouts to cheer me up!
